## What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form on https://lio.travel/contact we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, company (if any), the trip details, the description of the trip or brief, and any files you choose to attach. If you email or phone us, we keep that correspondence. We don't have user accounts and we don't ask for payment details on this site.

## How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, plan and quote the trip you ask about, and keep a record of our conversation. When you submit the form you also receive an automatic confirmation email. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

## Who handles it

Enquiries are delivered to the Lio team by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. Where a trip goes ahead, we share only what's needed (names, dates, requirements) with the hotels, transport providers and guides who deliver it. The site is hosted on Vercel. Fonts and original generated imagery are served directly from the site.

## How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it's needed to respond, run a trip and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.

## Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email mark@lio.travel and we'll respond promptly.
