# Pricing

We work with vetted suppliers and negotiate to secure the best available rates for your clients’ trip. You pay the supplier costs with 0% markup when your trip includes commissionable hotels, which pay us directly; otherwise a flat, itemised 5% applies. Sourcing, itinerary planning, bookings and ground coordination, including 24/7 on-trip support for you and your guests, are included. Every trip is quoted individually.

One itemised quote for stays, transport, guides and experiences. Every hotel, guide and vehicle is named, never "or similar". You see every supplier cost and the actual commission we earn per hotel, zeros included. Commission varies by property and destination and is labelled as paid by the hotel, not added to your price.

*0% applies when your trip includes commissionable hotels. If it doesn’t, we add a flat 5% on the full trip, itemised on your quote and agreed before you approve.

## What transparency means

- **Named, never “or similar”.** Your quote names the hotel, the guide and the vehicle. Want something different? Say so and we re-price it.
- **Every line labelled.** Confirmed means the rate is checked and bookable at that price. Estimate means our best expected cost, with the basis shown, firmed up before anything is booked.
- **Nothing changes without your sign-off.** If a rate moves or a supplier changes before booking, you see the new line and choose to accept, swap or drop it. We never book a different price or supplier without your approval.
- **Audit or change any line.** Ask for the basis behind any cost, swap a hotel or cut a service. We re-price it and show you the difference.
