## How it works

01. **Share your clients’ plans** — Share the destinations, dates, group size and budget, or attach the request you already have. We’ll take it from there.
02. **We draft & refine** — We get to work on the itinerary, vetted suppliers and negotiated rates. A first draft itinerary comes back in minutes, then we refine it with you. Every supplier cost is shown and hotel commission is labelled as paid by the hotel.
03. **We run it on the ground** — Once you approve, we handle bookings, supplier coordination and ground arrangements through to departure. You and your guests have 24/7 on-trip support, including help when plans change.
